3. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes! We are an Omaha landmark. We operate a full brick-and-mortar retail boutique where you can explore our ever-changing inventory in person.
Opening Hours (Central Time):
- Mon & Sun: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tue – Thu: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
4. How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $50.00: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $50.00: A flat rate of $4.95.
- We ship all orders via tracked standard ground shipping with a typical delivery window of 3–5 business days.
5. Do you offer Local Pickup?
Yes! If you are in the Omaha area, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at our 1114 Howard St location within 2–4 hours during our regular store hours.
6. What is your online order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off is 7:00 PM Central Time (CT). Because we operate 7 days a week, orders placed before 7:00 PM are prepared for dispatch within our 0–1 day handling timeframe.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original, unopened packaging.
