SHIPPING POLICY – CITY LIMITS

At City Limits, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Every quirky gift and unique treasure is carefully inspected and dispatched directly from our historic boutique in the Old Market, Omaha, Nebraska.

1. Shipping Rates & Service Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $50.00.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Free Local Pickup

If you are in the Omaha area, you can skip the shipping wait!

  • Location: 1114 Howard St, Omaha, NE 68102.
  • Availability: Ready for collection within 2–4 hours during our store hours.
  • Notification: You will receive an “Order Ready for Pickup” email. Please have your order number and ID ready.

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

We operate 7 days a week to get your gifts on their way as fast as possible.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (Central Time).
  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.
  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 7:00 PM CT are typically prepared and ready for carrier pickup by the next business morning.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the estimated timelines are:

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3 – 6 Business Days.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

5. Tracking your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
  • Damaged Items: We take great care with fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@citylimits.gifts within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
